BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Capital Equipment (Consumer, Chemicals, Pharma) Our client, a WW leading Manufacturer of Capital Equipment for the Consumer, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries has retained us to identify an extraordinary BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for their operation based in Mexico City. Important challenges for this position will be: A) Manage key relationships with established accounts within the Consumer, Pharmaceutical & Chemical verticals in Mexico, analyze installed equipment and manage service and maintenance needs as well as new equipment sales to these accounts B) Establish relationships with new clients and drive successful new business development C) Analyze entire product palette and introduce new solutions to clients D) Expand company presence in Mexico Criteria to qualify as a candidate: • Fully Bilingual English Spanish • Ability and experience successfully working independently • Positive, verifiable evidence of success selling Capital Equipment into any of these 3 verticals • Successful track record managing post sales and extraordinary customer service • Thorough understanding of major events/players in these industries • A proactive, winning sales mentality • A “got to make it happen”, “problem solving” attitude • Fully Bilingual and bicultural English – Spanish, good listening and communication skills • Ability to negotiate and communicate with C-Level executives as well as technicians and operations staff • Results oriented personality • Self motivation & resilience • Disciplined and willing to commit to mission and objectives • Ability to perform under pressure Performance Talent Consulting – Latin America is an equal opportunity employer and so are our clients.
