As the CEO for six years, until mid 2017, of a mid size technology company with presence in 8 countries, he lead the company to grow 300% in revenue and 450% in Ebitda, while achieving a service footprint in Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Advanced Analytics and Cloud Services.
Prior to this he had a career for 30 years in Accenture/Andersen Consulting, where he was a partner for 20 years and was Mexico´s Country Managing Director for the last 8 years of his tenure. His experience spans across a number of industries including Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing (Process and Discrete), Automotive and Construction; majority of his work was focused on implementing Information Technology to help companies achieve their business objectives, Organization Strategy and Design, Businsess Process Design and Implementation and Supply Chain Optimization among others.
During the last 8 years, Eugenio Kuri was also part of the Board of Directors of two companies, the first one for two years as independent member of the Board for an Information Technology company where the IFC was a shareholder. The second one for a large Brazilian company dedicated to the design and construction of Data Centers, where a large U.S. Private Capital Fund was a shareholder and he was chosen to be an independent Board member for a three year term.
Eugenio Kuri was born and raised in Mexico City, he obtained his bachelor in Accounting from Universidad La Salle in 1980; besides his native tongue, he is fluent in English and Portuguese.
He is currently married to Gabriela Muzquiz, a Communications bachelor that has worked in TV for 18 years. He has three daughters, the eldest is a bachelor in Arts form NYU and lives in the U.S., she works in graphic design, the second one is an International Relations bachelor from NYU and works in the banking sector and the third one is a bachelor in Art and History form AIC and works in a gallery; he also has a son who is currently in middle school.
